Jupiter Building Dynamics creates the necessary infrastructure to deliver housing at population levels and provides a path to making homes and communities safe from the destruction brought on by natural and man-made disasters.

Jupiter was designed over the past decade specifically to clear the roadblocks to successful recovery efforts, such as financing risk and capacity constraints, timing and deployment of funding, unproven product design and materials not being sustainable, adaptable, permanent or natural disaster resistant.

Jupiter’s technology platform brings development, financing, regulations, production, and delivery together into one system and facilitates the rapid deployment of fully operational factories, the production of our pre-approved housing product, and the automation and integration of development, regulatory, and financial approvals.

The Jupiter MPH System® enables governments to enact policies with multiple simultaneous interventions, creating a broad paradigm shift and a new infrastructure in local communities. Natural Disaster Proof - Jupiter’s buildings are designed and regulatory approved to withstand 185 MPH wind load speeds and are made from the same steel used for tanks and bridges, capable of withstanding natural disasters such as fire, hurricanes, tornados, and earthquakes

Carbon Negative – each housing unit diverts over 9 tons of landfill waste by being built from 85% repurposed material and uses systems to reduce energy consumption by 25% allowing enough passive energy to be generated to give back to the grid, and using “cool roof technology” which reduces heat absorption by over 90%, and uses Ductless and High Velocity AC systems that require 50% less energy consumption reducing the electricity bill even more compared to a traditional HVAC systems.
Future Assured – Jupiter buildings have no need for costly maintenance, and due to the advanced pre-approved module design the buildings can be converted in size and by number of floors in the future for different use or purpose

Development

Jupiter provides developer services or is the sponsor of dedicated factories and residential and commercial properties. Jupiter has a successful track record for getting modular buildings state-approved within weeks of submittal and facilitates the local planning and zoning processes.

Manufacturing

Jupiter’s carbon neutral factories mass produce standardized modules and building components using specialized high production assembly lines.

Installation

Jupiter completes the transportation and supply chain logistics, on-site construction, and installs modules completing the project through certificate of occupancy.
