Jupiter optimizes regulatory approvals, financing, production and delivery while eliminating the inefficiencies of time, cost and resource redundancy
PROBLEM:
The housing crisis in the United States has reached epidemic proportions with a need to produce at least 7 million affordable homes, which demands 3.5 times or 500,000 more homes to produce per year than what is currently possible using today’s available construction methods.
The problem persists due to the highly fragmented and unnecessarily complex dynamics of the construction industry. The patchwork of regulatory easing and financial incentives offered by the government to spur construction has been inefficient due to the lack of a reliable, standardized housing delivery method.
In the private sector, attempts to increase productivity have been characterized by two approaches: either a focus on one facet of the industry in an attempt to create an overall impact, or a sweeping approach to integrate all of the disparate facets of the industry into one model in an attempt to create value.
However, any approach is doomed to fail unless we consider how to align and optimize financing, regulations, and delivery at population-wide levels, and like Uber, DoorDash, and AirB&B, cut out the inefficiencies of time, cost and resource redundancy.
SOLUTION:
The Jupiter D2D System® is a technology platform that brings development, financing, regulations, production, and delivery together into one system and facilitates the rapid deployment of fully operational factories, the production of our pre-approved housing product, and the automation and integration of development, regulatory, and financial approvals.
